ELECTRIC INFORMATION

GENERAL APPLICATION FOR ELECTRIC SERVICE IS REQUIRED TO COMPLETED BY THE TENANT

PLEASE KNOW THE FOLLOWING:

  • IF YOUR TENANT DOES NOT COME IN TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT, WE WILL NOT PUT THE ACCOUNT IN THEIR NAME.
  • THE ACCOUNT WILL BEGIN ON THE DATE THAT THE TENANT COMES IN TO FILL OUT THE APPLICATION FOR ELECTRIC SERVICE.
  • IF THE TENANT HAS OCCUPIED YOUR RESIDENCE PRIOR TO COMING IN, YOU WILL NEED TO WORK THAT PORTION OF THE BILL OUT WITH YOUR TENANT.
  • WE ARE NOT LEGALLY PERMITTED TO DISCUSS YOUR TENANTS ELECTRIC BILL, SINCE IT IS NOT IN YOUR NAME.

WATER AND SEWER INFORMATION

AN AUTHORIZATION FORM IS REQUIRED TO BE COMPLETED BY THE OWNER

  • THE SEWER AND WATER BILL WILL NOT GO TO THE CARE OF THE TENANTS NAME UNTIL THE CURRENT BALANCE IS PAID IN FULL.
  • THERE IS NO SPECIAL READING FOR THE WATER.  THE BEGINNING DATE WILL BE THE NEXT BILLING CYCLE CLOSEST TO THE DATE THAT YOU SIGN THE AUTHORIZATION FORM.
  • SHOULD YOUR TENANT LEAVE YOUR RESIDENCE ALONG WITH A BALANCE OWED, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY FOR THAT BALANCE.
